It caught my attention when looking for arcade games, but it actually managed to go beyond that. The art is great and full of nostalgia. If you like retro games I highly recommend it; it will take you through known worlds with relatable mechanics, but with a new artistic take on them and many little surprises.. This game was much more than I expected! great gameplay, a tongue-in-cheekyness attitude and a polished finish that you don't see much in indie games. Above all, it is Fun and addictive and on the plus side, It seems that the people behind it reallyt had a great time.Gotta make a special note on the music, it is freaking good.Back to the game! It's Pang on steroids, it has a beatiful art, excellent OST, is full of winks to retro games, and the different world really capture the essence of the game tributing, and now in ver 2.0 includes Coop Campaign for 2 players. The difficulty is (in normal) is perfect, not too hard to be frustrating nor too easy to be boring. It's full of funny anti-achievements.. I've been waiting for Juanito's release for a long time and now I can assure you that this game is really amazing! I loved everything about it. The ideas for each world, the colors and the animation are awesome. It's really funny and you want to play it until the end without stop.And when you can't stop dying over and over in the same level, you will feel it like a personal matter until you win it! Besides you can win a lot of funny anti-achievements that makes you feel better. I really enjoyed it, and congrats to everyone who made this game. You can see all the work and effort in it.. If Bubble Trouble and Cuphead had a child...Fun and satisfying game.Not that the game is lacking, but I would be happy if they would add more levels and power ups!. Great game. Lots of variations based on retro arcade games. Somewhere between Pang Adventures and The Bug Butcher. But find that I'm playing this quite a bit. Started out a bit slow on the difficulty but ramped up nicely but at some points it almost feels unfair and just luck that you can pass a level. Think that's one thing I might miss from Pang Adventures, there you seem to be able to establish a pattern for a difficult level but here things fall out of the pattern based on background interaction and strategy which is a bit more like bug butcher. Overall, I would definately recommend to anyone who likes Pang or Bug Butcher.
